I had been looking for this type of gem water bottle which I can put any crystals I want for long time . Other gem water bottles ,crystals are all prefixed and not Interchangeable but this bottle is ! I needed to blend my own stones for my 14 years old dog who has heart failuer and sinus problem so I ordered this bottle. The bottle is beautiful and the stones are perfect ! They sent me 2 healing stones for help my baby so I added into gem pot with other stones.( They are animal lovers and have a lot of knowledge of animal healing as well ) I'm so happy I can make the healing gem water for my dog and also I'm so appreciate for their warm, kind help. This is more than customer service , they simply help the people with a lot of love . 
My purchase was 200% satisfied and I will order second one for my self soon .
